    Delegates Fleischauer and Frazier moved to amend the bill on page one, section twenty-seven, line twenty-three, before the word “county” by inserting the words “most current known”;

    And,

    On page two, section twenty-seven, line eight, after the word “unsuccessful.” by adding the words “Simultaneously with the publication, the Respondent shall be served with the protective Order and the order of publication by first class mail to the most current known residence of the respondent.”
